We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, sometimes we understand that you might want to return some items.
We ask that you notify us immediately in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, or within 7 working days of receipt of delivery if you wish to return goods to us. Please ensure that you check the measurements for your goods and ensure that they will fit into your space prior to purchase. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee for any items returned or contract cancelled for whatever reason.
We will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note, or organize for any damage to goods to be rectified.
Goods must be returned in perfect and saleable condition with the original packing where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging then your right to a refund may be affected. Any refund or exchange will exclude any delivery charges that have previously been incurred. The goods are your responsibility until received by us. The cost for returning goods is at your expense.

Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
Please also be aware that our products are either handmade or antique. Some items may have imperfections. Handmade items that are dispatched may differ slightly from the images shown on the website. Antique items will have the signs of wear and tear associated with their age and usage. We will always do our best to draw your attention to any apparent defects when you order from us.

Automatic delivery quotes generated by the website for larger items delivered by van courier are based on kerbside delivery only. however the driver will usually be happy to assist in carrying products to an easily accessible ground floor location. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure that another able bodied person is present to assist the driver unless otherwise agreed by special delivery instruction. We reserve the right to add a surcharge for any extra costs incurred by our couriers to meet special delivery arrangements.
