Delivery

Most of our items are from stock and are usually ready for delivery within one week of purchase. Special orders and commissions may take longer. We can deliver throughout the UK and Europe, and anywhere else in the world. See below for more details.

Small items can be collected in person or can be sent by post or courier. Sent items will be charged at cost plus a small charge for packing.

Larger items can be collected either from our Spitalfields shop or from our warehouse in Hackney. They can also be sent by taxi-van within the M25 or near to London. This works out at about half the cost of a van delivery and the delivery charge is paid directly to the driver when he delivers.

Oversize or very heavy items for delivery within the M25 or near to London are usually sent by tail-lift van. Price dependant upon location and the number of people needed for lifting. Please ask for a quote.

Anywhere else within the UK, including Scotland & Wales, delivery is usually made through the UK Pallet Network - £95-00 for a standard next day pallet; £125-00 for an oversize next day pallet. Northern Ireland, Eire, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Belgium and Holland are also available. Please ask for a quote.

UK deliveries can also be made by van. These deliveries are often grouped so if you are prepared to wait for a few weeks do ask about availability and a quote.

We have over ten years experience of shipping internationally and will be glad to advise and quote for international delivery whether by courier, shipping carton, 20’ or 40’ container.

Returns & Refunds:

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, please email info@elemental.uk.com or call +44 (0)20 7247 7588 immediately.

Please note that our goods are either handmade or antique. Be aware that some items may have imperfections.

Handmade items that are despatched may differ slightly from the images shown on the website (eg. colour tones on mosaic tableswill vary).

Antique items will have the signs of wear and tear associated with their age and usage. We will always do our best to draw your attention to any apparent defects when you order unseen online from us.

To receive a refund for goods brought unseen online you must return the goods to us within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

We will deduct a 25% restocking and administration charge for refunds on all returned goods.

Goods must be returned in perfect and saleable condition with original packing where appropriate. If the goods do not reach us in perfect and saleable condition and in their original packaging then your right to a refund may be affected.

The goods are your responsibility untilreceived by us. Elemental is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

The cost for returning goods is at your expense.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
